February 2010

Let's get 2010 started in the right direction! Here are
some of the recent assignments we've enjoyed working on.

Frogs Are Green will have a featured display case in
Hoboken City Hall
; it should be up in a few weeks!

Time Treasures Books
Daniel Hill Zafren's latest novel, Glimpses of Forgotten Dreams, has been published and we're happy to have designed the book, inside and out! In addition, we have designed a new brochure for the company and a bookmark to help promote the new book, as well as others written by Daniel. To read more, visit the website at: TimeTreasuresBooks.com

Irving Cohen, Attorney At Law

Lewis Technologies
Lewis Technologies, based in Washington, D.C., has engaged us to redesign and soon rebuild a division of BLM.gov, (National System of Public Lands.) We're looking forward to the exciting projects to come from this new client.

Sara Goldstein
Sara Goldstein, soprano, teacher, and master teacher is a versatile artist with extensive intenational experience performing in recital, opera, oratorio and cabaret. Sara required a custom designed blog, so we used Wordpress. Visit the site at: SaraGoldsteinGall.com

Save The Frogs
Working with Dr. Kerry Kriger of
Save The Frogs, I created various sized diorama graphics, square, tall and rectangular, which will be up in these airports: Detroit, Denver, O'Hare, Midway, and St. Louis. So, if you're traveling soon, look for them!

FletcherBennett
FletcherBennett came to us to update and modify their website so they could add some new content, from new pages and video to new graphics. We have completed the updates and now we're going to rebuild the entire site using a Content Management System, so the client will have access to the content in the future.

Adoption Associates
I was so moved to hear that Adoption Associates is involved in helping adoptive parents and the Haitian children affected by the catastrophic earthquake. We have added some content and links to their site to make this much needed information accessible.

The City of Hoboken
In the past, I've designed posters and assorted materials for the City of Hoboken, including the logo and other items for the Hoboken September 11th Memorial Fund.

I was pleased when they contacted me with some new assignments. To the right is the new poster, which should be up very soon, to alert people to make sure they're counted in the Census.

Earth Day 2010
This year I am designing new posters to promote Earth Day, which is coming on 4.22.2010. The first poster, pictured to the left, is a collaboration with photographer John Crittenden and is available on my blog at this address: i-tees.com

The second is for Frogs Are Green and is available on the frog blog.

Frogs Are Green
Mary Jo Rhodes and I continue to blog about all sorts of frog-related topics. Some of our recent posts are:
Yasuni National Park, Ecuador: An Amphibian Eden
A Field of Nightmares? Atrazine, Corn and Frogs
Pet Frogs Associated with Recent Salmonella Outbreak

In addition, we've been designing all sorts of new products, eco wristbands, t-shirts, posters and more... we also gave away a poster during the holidays of a Red-Eyed Tree Frog.

One of our recent collaborations is with illustrator, Sherry Neidigh. We've printed up the t-shirts on a lovely natural color and the posters are 18" x 24." They're both available at the store on the blog.

We're also putting together all sorts of materials, t-shirts, books, posters, wristbands and more for a display case in Hoboken City Hall. We should be ready with everything within a week, so if you get a chance, stop by and have a look! We'll have pictures soon.

We started a new gallery of children's artwork. The first gallery came from a school in Washington state. The student artists are in grade levels K-3. If you know any teachers who might want to create a frog drawing/painting lesson, please pass our blog along. We would love to see more children involved! There's a flyer available for download.

We have a Facebook cause page to make it easy for people to show they care. Please visit our blog, check out the galleries, and feel free to comment at: FrogsAreGreen.com

Also in the works.... various websites, book projects,
email newsletters, and assorted print marketing assignments.

Check out what's new on the website!
- Warmest regards, Susan
