salts.
We have meticulously paired and infused
each salt with an authentic, regional flavor. The delicate and fruity
Matcha green tea is infused with our Japanese salt. Our Fleur De Sel
is infused with mild chili from the Basque region of France; our chilies
bear the prestigious AOC seal. Our Australian salt flakes are fused
with savory Bush Tomato which the Aborigines have been using for thousands
of years.
All of our blends will enhance the flavors
of any meal. Each of our exceptional salt blends is packed in an elegant,
hand hewn bamboo canister with a spoon, made especially for us in
the isle of Sulawesi.
